The role ensures that all training initiatives comply with company standards and MMPC (Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation) requirements. This includes conducting new hire orientation, product knowledge sessions, and sales process training, as well as preparing dealership representatives for certifications and Skills Olympics competitions. Level of Authority Conducts company-wide trainings and orientation programs under the Sales Department. Coordinates with Sales Department and MMPC. Follows established policies and procedures. No financial sign-off authority; requires approval from Training Manager or higher authority. Qualifications – Essential Graduate of two (2) year course or undergraduate of two (2) years or more in college Qualifications – Desirable Additional certification in Automotive Trainings etc. Work Experience 1-2 years’ experience in related field Skills – Essential Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, office management, or facility) Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to details and accuracy. Skills – Desirable Basic understanding of automotive trainings Familiar with MMPC standards and procedures Canva, LMS, Menti, Kahoot, Prezi, Microsoft 360, Microsoft Teams, GMeet, Zoom Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
