The consultant will work closely with management and key stakeholders to establish structured training frameworks that strengthen product knowledge, customer experience, selling capabilities, store operations, and leadership effectiveness. The role will provide end-to-end training , from training needs analysis and module development through implementation, evaluation, and knowledge transfer to the internal team. The consultant will ensure that training programs are practical, scalable, aligned with the company’s brand standards, and responsive to the needs of the retail business.
