# Training Manager **AIDA TRADING ESTABLISHMENT** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities: · Conduct Training: Lead and facilitate comprehensive barista training programs, covering coffee preparation, espresso techniques, Perfect milk-based coffee beverages (Cappuccino, Latte, Falt White etc.), machine operation Coffee machines + coffee grinders calibration, cleaning + replacement of spare parts (gaskets, filter baskets etc.) & troubleshooting) with customer service skills. · Hands-On Coaching: Provide direct, hands-on training and guidance to new baristas, helping them build confidence and improve their skills in a real-world café environment. · Standard Compliance: Ensure all baristas understand and adhere to company standards for drink quality, customer service, and safety protocols. · Assess Performance: Monitor the progress of trainees, assess their skills, and offer constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement. · Create Training Materials: Develop and update training resources, such as manuals, tutorials, and instructional guides. · Maintain Quality Control: Oversee the quality of drinks and customer service during training, ensuring consistency and excellence with periodical quality audits and submission of audit reports via E-Mails to the customers · Provide Support: Act as a mentor to baristas, offering ongoing support and answering questions as they develop their skills. · Foster Team Collaboration: Promote a positive and collaborative working environment by encouraging teamwork and supporting the personal development of the team. · Track Progress: Maintain records of trainee progress and report on their development to management. Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month License/Certification: Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
