Design and facilitate workshops, training programmes, and people development initiatives. Provide HR advisory support, including HR policies, employee lifecycle matters, talent development, and organisational effectiveness. Conduct organisational assessments, data analysis, benchmarking, and prepare client-ready reports and recommendations. Manage assigned projects from planning through execution while ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. Conduct career transition programmes, including CV writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, and career coaching. Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with senior consultants on complex engagements. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Organisational Development, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in HR, OD, L&D, or HR consulting. HRDC Train The Trainer (TTT) certification is required. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Experience in training delivery, workshops, HR advisory, or organisational change is an advantage. Professional HR or coaching certification is an added advantage.
