Training Centre Manager (Based in Myanmar)
Domestic Helper Training Centre Manager Location: Yangon, Myanmar Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a responsible and organized Domestic Helper Training Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our training centre in Yangon and ensure candidates are properly trained and prepared for employment in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the domestic helper training centre Manage and supervise trainers, recruiters and other centre staff Ensure proper training standards in household cleaning, cooking, childcare, elderly care, hygiene, safety and communication Monitor candidates' training progress, attendance, conduct and overall readiness for employment Oversee candidate recruitment, interviews and screening Ensure honest and accurate assessments of candidates Coordinate candidate interviews, documentation, training and deployment matters Maintain accurate and updated candidate records Manage candidate accommodation and welfare where applicable Handle candidate, staff and operational issues promptly Ensure the centre is organized, properly maintained and running smoothly Provide regular updates to the Singapore team Requirements Relevant experience in a managerial, supervisory or team leadership role Strong leadership and people-management skills Good spoken and written English Proficiency in Burmese for communication with local candidates and staff Organized, responsible and detail-oriented Able to multitask and manage multiple candidates and cases Good communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and take initiative Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive/Google Sheets and basic Microsoft Office applications Experience in domestic helper training, recruitment, employment agencies, HR or similar roles will be an advantage Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the centre, manage staff and candidates effectively, maintain proper training standards and ensure daily operations run smoothly. The right candidate should be responsible, proactive and able to identify and resolve issues without constant supervision. Salary: To be discussed based on experience and suitability.
