ABOUT THE ROLE Square Yards is building a new real estate agency vertical in Dubai, and this role builds its learning engine: a practical agent academy that shortens ramp time, improves conversion and strengthens compliant execution across the off-plan, secondary, leasing and commercial teams. This is a hands-on sales enablement role for a trainer who can connect classroom learning to field behaviour and revenue outcomes. Please note: this vacancy is open only to candidates currently living in Dubai and available for an in-person interview. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design the brokerage learning strategy, annual plan and role-based curricula for new agents, experienced hires, team leaders and managers. - Build structured pre-joining, induction, 30-day, 60-day and 90-day learning journeys with clear certification gates and manager handoffs. - Facilitate practical programmes covering Dubai market fundamentals, off-plan, resale, leasing and commercial workflows, client qualification, prospecting, presentations, negotiation, closing, CRM discipline and customer service. - Partner with operations and compliance subject-matter experts to embed current DLD, RERA, Trakheesi, advertising, documentation, KYC and AML procedures, without presenting training as legal advice. - Create project-launch briefings, community playbooks, role plays, call reviews, field coaching, deal clinics and manager coaching toolkits. - Assess training needs using CRM, call, pipeline, quality and revenue data, and convert performance gaps into targeted interventions. - Own learning materials, facilitator guides, assessments, attendance, certification records and the learning management system or training tracker. - Measure knowledge gain, behaviour adoption, time to first qualified meeting, time to first deal, conversion improvement and post-training productivity. - Select and manage specialist vendors, training budgets and external certifications where required. - Report monthly on learning completion, field adoption, business impact, risks and corrective actions. WHAT YOU MUST BRING - At least 5 years of sales learning, enablement or training experience, including direct exposure to Dubai real estate brokerage. - A record of building onboarding academies and coaching salespeople to measurable performance improvement. - Strong working knowledge of Dubai off-plan, secondary and leasing sales journeys; commercial exposure is an advantage. - Excellent facilitation, coaching, instructional design, presentation and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to analyse CRM and performance data and connect training to operational and revenue KPIs. - Currently living in Dubai and available for an in-person interview. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Experience training commission-based agents in a high-growth brokerage. - RERA training or a current or previous broker card. - Experience with LMS administration, e-learning authoring and multilingual learner groups. - Recognised learning, coaching or instructional-design certification. HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED - New-hire time to productivity and first deal. - Assessment and certification pass rates. - CRM, process and compliance adoption. - Conversion and revenue improvement after interventions. - Manager coaching adoption and learner quality scores. WHAT SQUARE YARDS PROVIDES - AED 18,000 - 25,000 fixed per month, plus a performance bonus linked to agent productivity. - Ownership of the learning strategy for a new Dubai brokerage vertical. - Direct partnership with sales, operations, compliance, marketing and leadership. - The mandate to build a measurable agent academy, from onboarding through manager coaching. WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour break. On site at Suite 2501, The One Tower, Dubai. HOW TO APPLY Apply through this listing with your CV.
