Development and customization of Electrical training programs and related materials. Supports the implementation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS). Evaluates the effectiveness of Electrical training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance data, and recommends improvements based on insights and participant input. Utilizes digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery, monitoring, and tracking. Regularly reviews and updates training materials to ensure they remain current, relevant, and effective. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of training content with the Client's strategic goals. Proposes innovative methods, ideas, and tools to enhance the effectiveness of Electrical training programs. Maintains accurate records of training program attendance and certifications. Analyzes Electrical training programs and prepares reports on outcomes, trends, and return on investment (ROI) for management review. Coordinates with the Senior Training Specialist - Electrical to ensure effective delivery of Electrical training programs, monitor their impact, and implement improvements as required. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager, in alignment with the Client's objectives. Collaborates with the Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section to support and maintain ISO, Risk Management, and ISMS certifications. Ensures all departmental activities comply with the Client's health and safety regulations Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Learning and Development: 6 years (Required) Language: Arabic (Required) Work Location: In person
