You’ll work with schools and early years settings to help design inspiring outdoor learning environments. This is a field-based, consultative role with full training and support provided, offering clear progression into a full Outdoor Learning Consultant position. Duties Build strong, lasting relationships with headteachers and senior leaders, becoming a trusted go to expert for outdoor learning solutions. Bring ideas to life by recommending creative, practical, and budget‑friendly outdoor learning designs that truly inspire pupils and educators alike. Take ownership of your opportunities, manage leads through our CRM, keeping your pipeline organised, proactive, and full of potential. Thrive in a supportive, goal‑driven environment where you’ll work towards clear targets, with plenty of training, coaching, and feedback to help you grow and succeed.
