THE ROLE

We are looking for a Trainee Lawyer to join our team of shipping professionals in Athens office.

The ideal candidate is having a can-do attitude and is willing to be a part of the company's success. The Trainee Lawyer will be reporting to Legal Advisor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Legal Advisor with maritime and commercial legal matters
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Assist with claims and debt recovery
• Maintain legal records, contracts, and documentation

• OUR FUTURE COLLEAGUE
• Has a Bachelors degree in Law (a Masters degree in a Maritime Law is a advantage)
• Has an excellent command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
• Has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Demonstrates a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
• Is available to start immediately or at short notice
