The successful candidate will be responsible for traffic planning, traffic analysis, transportation studies, traffic management, and supporting the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians across project sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities. Key Responsibilities Conduct traffic studies and analyze traffic flow and operational conditions. Analyze traffic data, junctions, intersections, roads, and transportation networks. Prepare traffic management plans and traffic engineering reports. Develop practical solutions for traffic flow and transportation-related issues. Support road and infrastructure planning and design activities. Review traffic management requirements for road and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, site teams, and relevant authorities. Conduct site inspections and monitor the implementation of traffic management measures. Ensure traffic-related works comply with applicable UAE regulations, standards, and project requirements. Prepare technical reports, calculations, drawings, studies, and recommendations. Monitor traffic conditions and identify potential safety and operational issues. Support the implementation and improvement of traffic control systems. Maintain proper records and documentation related to traffic engineering activities. Participate in meetings and provide technical recommendations when required. Support project teams in resolving traffic and transportation-related challenges. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transportation Engineering , or a related field. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in traffic engineering or transportation projects. Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles and transportation systems. Experience with AutoCAD and relevant traffic/transportation analysis software is an advantage. Knowledge of traffic studies, junction analysis, traffic management, and road infrastructure. Good understanding of UAE traffic regulations and authority requirements is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team. UAE project experience is preferred. Valid UAE Driving License is required/preferred.
