About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Trading Client Relationship Executive - Malayalam to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, converting qualified leads into customers, promoting our financial market education programs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the client journey.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, financial markets, and building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Contact and follow up with qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable educational programs and trading solutions.
• Conduct professional product presentations and consultation sessions.
• Manage student enrollments, deposits, and course upgrades.
• Coordinate webinars, seminars, and client engagement activities with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily follow-up activities.
• Provide basic guidance regarding financial markets and company products.
• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.
• Generate business opportunities from existing customer accounts through relationship management.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and performance KPI targets.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure a smooth client experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:
• Forex Industry
• Financial Markets
• Banking Sales
• Insurance Sales
• Client Relationship Management
• Customer Service
• Business Development or Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and client-handling abilities
• Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or relationship management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn about financial markets and company products.

• Malayalam
• Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory)

Reporting To

Department Head – Delta Research Analytics Wing (DRAW)

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 9 working hours including lunch and tea breaks
• Working days as per company policy

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
• Client Attraction: 1 year (Required)
• Finance or Insurance: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Malayalam (Required)

License/Certification:

• Visa and when it expires (Preferred)
