You’ll work closely with Account Managers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless experience and help to build a team culture that nails the basics. With a flexible, can-do attitude, you’ll manage customer inquiries, offer product advice, prepare quotes and pricing, and find solutions to meet customer needs. Engage with customers and suppliers face to face, over the phone, and via email Recommend suitable products, process orders, and manage sales documentation Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track orders and arrange timely deliveries Take clear briefs from stakeholders and prepare accurate quote documentation Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leaders to capture opportunities through daily and weekly planning Permanent full-time role based at PlaceMakers Mt Wellington, offering 40 hours per week Monday to Friday About You: To succeed in this role, you will be more than just a sales support person, you’ll be a natural communicator and relationship builder who understands the needs of our customers.
