This role works closely with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to ensure strategies are effectively implemented in the market. Key Responsibilities Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Translate brand strategies into practical trade marketing plans. Execute trade marketing programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to support sales growth. Develop and implement point-of-sale (POS) materials to improve product visibility and shopper engagement. Monitor business performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results. Prepare reports and present performance updates to management. Develop sales forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business insights. Identify risks and opportunities to support business planning and decision-making. Manage and track trade marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources. Work closely with sales, supply chain, merchandising teams, and external partners to ensure successful execution of plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation abilities. Organized, results-driven, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
