LTD.** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities Support group Total Rewards initiatives, including job evaluation, job grading, salary structure design, and compensation planning, backed by market benchmarking and cost analysis Manage regional participation in compensation surveys and ensure accurate submission and validation across HR teams Provide guidance to HR and business stakeholders on compensation and benefits policies, frameworks, and guidelines Review and recommend competitive and equitable remuneration packages Support bonus scheme design, cost modelling, and scenario analysis Review and harmonize benefits structures, allowances, and insurance programs across the group Partner with regional HR teams to ensure consistent application of reward frameworks while considering local market practices Deliver data-driven insights and modelling to support compensation strategy and pay positioning decisions Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of HR experience, with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment; regional/global exposure preferred Strong knowledge of total rewards practices, including job evaluation, salary structures, and market benchmarking Strong numerical, analytical, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail Ability to translate market data into practical compensation recommendations Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
