The role focuses on generating CASA, Time Deposits, and other liability products while supporting the Bank’s funding and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Acquire new clients and grow existing deposit relationships. Promote CASA, Time Deposits, and other deposit products to retail, SME, corporate, and institutional clients. Conduct client visits and business development activities to generate deposits. Work closely with branches to achieve deposit mobilization targets. Manage and monitor assigned deposit portfolios. Ensure compliance with BSP regulations, AMLA, KYC requirements, and internal bank policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years of banking, sales, business development, or relationship management experience. Strong sales, networking, and client relationship management skills.
