Translate brand positioning, target demographics, and revenue goals into actionable monthly and weekly operational plans. End-to-End Funnel Management: Oversee the full TikTok e-commerce ecosystem, including store operations, content creation, livestreaming, creator affiliate networks, and paid ad traffic. Take full accountability for final GMV, conversion rates (CVR), and project profit margins . Product Merchandising & Strategy: Analyze market trends and platform sales data to identify, select, and bundle hero products. Build hit-product plans, optimize inventory mix, and develop pricing strategies that maximize sales velocity and profit margins. Livestream & Content Coordination: Align and schedule both in-house live sessions and creator/affiliate livestream partnerships. Lead post-livestream review sessions analyzing traffic sources, funnel drop-offs, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates to continuously optimize future broadcasts. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Proven track record (3+ years) leading e-commerce operations, specifically on TikTok Shop or high-growth social commerce platforms. 0-to-1 Brand Scaling: Demonstrated experience building brands from scratch and driving hit products on social media channels. Funnel Mastery: Deep understanding of social commerce funnels, including content retention hooks, livestream conversion tactics, and paid traffic alignment. Analytical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce analytics, post-stream traffic analysis, and backend conversion tracking. Leadership & Execution: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams (content creators, hosts, videographers, and media buyers).
