We are seeking someone who has strong hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Centre, LIVE Shopping, account compliance, order fulfilment and sales optimisation . The ideal candidate will understand how TikTok Shop operates behind the scenes and be able to guide our business in building a successful, compliant and profitable LIVE shopping operation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing TikTok Shop business and help develop its long-term success. Key Responsibilities TikTok Seller Centre Management - Manage the day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop Seller Centre. - Set up, optimise and maintain product listings, pricing and promotions. - Monitor account health, performance scores and seller metrics. - Identify and resolve account violations, warnings and restrictions. - Manage appeals, compliance issues and communication with TikTok Shop Support. - Ensure the shop operates in accordance with TikTok Shop policies. TikTok LIVE Shopping & Auctions - Oversee the operational side of TikTok LIVE shopping sessions. - Set up and manage LIVE product promotions, flash sales and auction-style selling features where supported by TikTok. - Advise on strategies to increase LIVE traffic, engagement and conversions. - Support LIVE presenters with product sequencing, promotions and sales techniques. - Analyse LIVE performance and recommend improvements. - Help develop efficient systems for running regular LIVE selling sessions. Order Fulfilment & Logistics - Oversee order processing, dispatch and fulfilment operations. - Ensure orders are dispatched within TikTok's required timeframes. - Manage shipping settings, courier integrations and tracking. - Monitor cancellations, returns, refunds and customer complaints. - Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent overselling. - Improve fulfilment efficiency and customer satisfaction. Account Growth & Performance - Develop strategies to increase sales, visibility and shop performance. - Monitor conversion rates, LIVE traffic, product performance and sales revenue. - Identify opportunities through TikTok Shop campaigns, affiliates and promotional tools. - Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations. - Train and guide team members on TikTok Shop procedures and best practices. Requirements - Previous hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop UK Seller Centre account. - Strong understanding of TikTok Shop policies, violations and appeals. - Experience with TikTok LIVE Shopping and e-commerce operations. - Knowledge of fulfilment processes, shipping requirements and seller performance metrics. - Ability to troubleshoot Seller Centre issues independently. - Good organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Confident in training staff and implementing operational procedures. - Experience in beauty, cosmetics or fast-moving consumer products is desirable. What We're Looking For We are not looking for a traditional social media manager or content creator. We need a TikTok Shop specialist who understands the platform operationally and commercially. You should be capable of identifying problems, resolving Seller Centre issues, improving fulfilment processes and advising management on how to scale LIVE shopping sales efficiently. We want someone who can take initiative, implement effective systems and help us build a professional, high-performing TikTok Shop operation.
