# Testing Specialist **Gravitas Recruitment Group** · Hong Kong · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Act as the quality lead across multiple technology and digital initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and release criteria. - Review business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation to identify test scenarios, risks, and coverage gaps. - Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test execution schedules aligned with project objectives. - Coordinate and execute end-to-end testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation, ensuring successful project delivery. - Partner closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to resolve defects, manage testing risks, and drive issue resolution. - Monitor, track, and report testing progress, quality metrics, defects, and release readiness to project stakeholders and management. - Provide QA advisory and governance support to internal and external testing teams, promoting best practices across the software development lifecycle. - Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, standards, methodologies, and quality controls across Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps environments. - Support test automation initiatives and advocate for quality engineering practices to enhance efficiency, test coverage, and delivery quality. - Contribute to the evolution of Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE) standards, quality frameworks, and enterprise testing practices. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - 6+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Test Management, or Quality Engineering. - Strong understanding of SDLC, QA governance, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices. - Experience delivering enterprise-scale projects in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps environments. - Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence. - Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing practices. - Exposure to test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices is highly preferred. - Knowledge of Python and experience supporting AI-related initiatives would be advantageous. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
