Key Responsibilities - Develop test strategies, test plans, schedules, and execution approaches. - Coordinate functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing. - Allocate tasks and monitor testing team performance. - Manage defects, prioritization, retesting, and issue escalation. - Track test coverage, defect trends, execution progress, and quality metrics. - Work with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders. - Support release readiness assessments and quality sign-offs. - Improve testing processes, documentation, and delivery standards. Requirements - Strong experience in software testing and quality assurance. - Previous experience leading or coordinating QA teams. - Knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management. - Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or equivalent. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development life cycles. - Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
