Test are designed with a focus on reuse and maintainability - Prepare test data and assist with the scheduling of testing during projects - Drive continuous improvement of test processes - Identify and enhance testing tools to streamline testing process (example: Test tracking, test case templates, Defect management) - Ensure that the test execution is done according to the timeline set including planning for contingency in case of errors - Plan and perform Unit Test / UAT and rerun if the results do not meet acceptance level Qualifications - Bachelor degree or Master degree in Information Technology or other related fields - At least 3 years experience in Mobile Internet Application testing, developer or related function - Knowledge of banking products and Banking Industry and Finance - Experience in mobile application testing on iOS/Android Understanding of business process management of banking operation business and risk management of solution design - Agile & DevOps, Automated Tools - Self-motivating and high responsibility
