This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about software quality, test automation, defect management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support successful product releases. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Ugong, Pasig City Work Setup: 100% OnsitE Schedule: Regular Shift Qualifications: Experience in Automation Testing (required) Experience in Manual Testing (required) Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices Ability to design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and system test cases Experience in defect identification, documentation, tracking, and validation Knowledge of test automation frameworks and automated test script development Ability to analyze user stories and requirements for feasibility and clarity Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience collaborating with developers, DevOps, and product management teams Commitment to continuous learning and QA knowledge sharing Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing Analyze user stories and requirements for feasibility and clarity Identify, log, and track defects through resolution Participate in release planning and provide quality gate sign-offs Collaborate with DevOps and product management teams on testing and release cycles Build and maintain automated test scripts for frontend and backend systems Prepare test execution reports and recommend release decisions based on test results Promote a QA mindset across the software development lifecycle Participate in team meetings, upskilling activities, and QA knowledge-sharing initiatives Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Application Question(s): How much is your expected salary?
