This role involves working within a dynamic, bilingual environment where you will engage with both French and Dutch stakeholders. As a consultant, you will be part of an agile development team, contributing to diverse projects that enhance your professional growth. Responsibilities: In this combined role of Test Coordinator (30%) and Test Analyst (70%), you will: Organize and monitor testing activities to deliver high-quality software that meets business requirements and expectations. Collaborate within an agile development team, aligning test plans with testers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Define effective testing approaches based on insights into the technical environment and functional needs. Establish acceptance criteria, develop test cases, and maintain regression test scenarios. Regularly coordinate with stakeholders outside the agile team regarding end-to-end testing activities and acceptance testing by the business. Initiate automation of repetitive tests. Report transparently on the progress of testing activities and the quality of developments. Provide daily guidance to 1 or 2 other testers within the team. Develop a strong understanding of the technical environment and functional requirements as a Test Analyst. Formulate the test strategy based on analyses for various developed applications. Prepare data and execute functional and non-functional tests. Coordinate and support acceptance testing, guiding users through the process. Create regression tests to efficiently and quickly identify software issues. Document automated testing procedures (principles, tools, and methodologies). Analyze, document, and report test results efficiently to business analysts and developers. Follow up on corrections with involved parties. Required Experience and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you should have: 5+ years of experience as a Test Analyst. 3+ years of experience as a Test Coordinator. Behavioral Skills: We are looking for a team player with: Excellent social skills towards both technical specialists and users. Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and initiative. Ability to realize projects efficiently and autonomously. Organizational skills and a commitment to delivering quality work based on analysis and synthesis. Analytical skills for coordination and coaching. Languages: Fluency in Dutch or French, with active knowledge of the second language. Work Regime: 5-day work week averaging 8 hours, with 2 days in the office per week. Hard Skills Plus Points: ISTQB certification and experience with Playwright or similar tools are advantageous.
