Proven experience in software test automation , including designing and maintaining automated test frameworks. Previous experience in a Test Lead, Automation Lead, QA Lead, or similar technical leadership role . Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of QA/Test Automation Engineers. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with automated functional, regression, integration, or API testing. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to remain hands-on technically while providing direction and leadership to the team. Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
