# Test Automation Engineer - Remote **Adaptivestack Technologies Inc.** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role AdaptiveStack Technologies is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to support a large-scale modernization of a federal contact center platform serving Medicare and Health Insurance Marketplace consumers. The program is replacing a heavily customized legacy CRM with a modern, cloud-native, AI-enabled platform, shifting contact center operations from a reactive, transaction-based model to a proactive, intelligence-driven service model that supports millions of consumer interactions across voice, chat, and other channels each year. This role is central to the program's push toward heavily automated testing, building out regression, API, UI, and integration automation inside the CI/CD pipeline to keep pace with a two-week sprint cadence. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance automated regression, API, UI, and integration test suites within the CI/CD pipeline. Build out the program's test automation framework toward the SOW's 80%-automation target by the end of Phase 2. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and monitor build quality. Partner with the QA Test Lead and functional/regression testers to convert manual regression coverage into automated suites each sprint. Maintain automated test scripts and supporting technical documentation for traceability and audit needs. Provide automation coverage and quality metrics supporting sprint demonstrations and Go/No-Go reviews. Participate in sprint retrospectives and recommend automation process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (additional years of relevant experience may substitute for degree) 5+ years of test automation experience, including building automated regression, API, UI, and integration test suites Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines Experience with a Salesforce test automation platform (e.g., Copado Robotic Testing) or a comparable commercial automation tool Experience supporting Agile/SAFe delivery in two-week sprint cadences Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering exceptional software solutions through innovative automation techniques!
