You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of our software across web, mobile, and backend systems. Working closely with our development and QA teams, you will contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and best practices. - Identify test scenarios and create comprehensive test plans for functional, regression, performance, and security testing. - Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous and efficient testing. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and work collaboratively with development teams to resolve issues. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of test data and test environments. - Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and trends, and recommend their adoption where appropriate. - Collaborate with manual testers to identify areas for automation and improve overall test coverage. - Document test plans, test cases, and test results clearly and concisely. - Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304). Required Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in test automation, preferably within a regulated industry like medical devices or digital health. - Strong proficiency in one or more automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright). - Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). - Familiarity with different testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). - Understanding of software testing principles, test design patterns, and defect management processes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience with testing of mobile applications (iOS and Android) and backend APIs. - Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing practices is a plus. - Experience with development in compliance with IEC 62304 is a plus. - Fluent in English; additional EU languages a plus.
