The role focuses on expanding the client base, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. This is a field-based position that requires regular travel within the assigned territory. Job Description Manage and develop the assigned sales territory, including expanding the client base, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and increasing sales volume within the territory. Achieve territory-based sales targets and performance outputs as established by Management. Implement approved sales strategies and coverage plans in accordance with company policies and objectives. Report initially to the Managing Director or to any officer that the Managing Director may assign to oversee and supervise your functions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field. Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development is an advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office. Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within Region 4 Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Years of experience in sales, account management, or business development?
