The successful candidate will lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial tenders for engineering consultancy projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete tender process from opportunity identification through final submission. Review RFPs, ITTs, EOIs, and tender documents to identify scope, requirements, deliverables, and submission criteria. Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams and management. Develop tender methodologies, project execution plans, resource plans, organization charts, and technical submissions. Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines and external consultants/subconsultants. Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, professionally presented, and submitted within deadlines. Manage tender clarifications, presentations, negotiations, and post-tender requirements. Maintain tender trackers, databases, templates, and proposal records. Support management in tender strategy, risk assessment, and commercial positioning. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of experience in tendering/proposals, preferably within an engineering consultancy. Consultancy Experience: Strong experience in engineering, infrastructure, transportation, and/or multidisciplinary consultancy tenders. Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal/document management. Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Local Expertise: Strong familiarity with the Dubai engineering consultancy market, client requirements, authority processes, and applicable Dubai standards and regulations is highly desirable.
