# Tender Manager **CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities: - Manage tender preparation, review, pricing, and submission for major construction projects. - Analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. - Coordinate with estimation, QS, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams. - Evaluate project costs, subcontractor quotations, and commercial risks. - Ensure accurate and timely submission of competitive technical and commercial proposals. - Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on tender clarifications and negotiations. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction tendering, bidding, or estimation in UAE. - Must be currently based in the UAE with experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably high-rise buildings, luxury residential developments, villas, or mixed-use projects. - Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, commercial evaluation, and UAE construction practices. - Candidates in senior positions with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
