The Tender and Pricing Analyst is expected to provide competitive yet profitable pricing for airfreight solutions by leveraging market intelligence, cost structures, and customer requirements to help drive revenue growth while maintaining margin targets. Job Description: - Manages local pricing and quotation requirements of various Sales Units - Responsible in the preparation of competitive pricing or quotation within the customer’s prescribed timeline specific for Air Freight inquiries - Work closely with various Products or Business Units to obtain and negotiate competitive rates and charges - Ensures that client terms and conditions are aligned with relevant departments - Drives pricing tools utilization Job Qualifications: - Graduate of any four-year course or business related. - At least 1 to 4 years similar work experience in Airline/ FreightForwarding Industry - Experience in pricing, sales support, or customer service is an advantage. - Experience dealing with clients, trade association and airline - Strong analytical and negotiation skills; proficiency in MS Office Applications. - Experience in Cargo-wise One Application is a plus factor. - Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills - Focused, Organized and able to work under pressure - Knowledgeable about the IATA Ruling and IATA Rates Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: - Company Christmas gift - Company events - Health insurance - Life insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Promotion to permanent employee Ability to commute/relocate: - Parañaque: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: - Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: - Tender and Pricing: 2 years (Preferred) Location: - Parañaque (Preferred) Willingness to travel: - 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
