Role overview You will keep tenancy administration running smoothly, from agreements to compliance checks and tenant queries. Key responsibilities Prepare and administer tenancy agreements and renewals Maintain accurate tenant and property records Coordinate compliance certificates and safety checks Respond to tenant and landlord queries Track rent reviews and lease expiries Support the wider property team with general administration What you will need Experience with tenancy or property administration Experience maintaining accurate records in a property management system Strong attention to detail with contracts and dates Confident communicating with tenants and landlords Comfortable working UK business hours Nice to have Familiarity with UK tenancy law basics Experience with property management software (e.g. Reapit, Fixflo) Experience in lettings or estate agency support What is on offer 100% remote – work from anywhere in South Africa UK business hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) Full-time, stable role with a genuine UK employer Supportive onboarding and clear expectations from day one Originally posted on Himalayas
