Role Summary: To provide quality Administration Support to Kingsland’s Excellar, Regional, On-Trade and Bulk customer base Key Responsibilities: Order processing, receiving and processing customer orders in accordance with operating procedures Maintaining OTIF order trackers to ensure customers’ orders are arriving on time Proactively chasing deliveries daily and informing customers of any delays First line support for customer queries Provide assistance with ad hoc reports / special projects Arrangement of transport & booking slots for groupage & full trailer loads Liaising with Finance teams for new accounts/credit limit issues Liaising with Bond teams for any EMCS (underbond & export) transactions Informing Customers of any problems with OOS when processing orders Updating Account Managers with any quality/stock/production issues Liaise with Planning department, regarding production/potential OOS in relation to current order book Arranging uplifts for damaged/incorrect products Co-ordination with Warehouse & Customers for any trailer fill requirements Credit Note & Over delivery order processing The Candidate: The job requires general administrative experience, good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. High level of computer literacy required, including excel.
