Feedback & Response Capture: Gather customer feedback and capture responses regarding their recent vehicle servicing experience. Grievance Redressal: Identify customer dissatisfaction or complaints and report them immediately to the Customer Care Manager. Data Management: Maintain comprehensive logs of customer interactions, inquiries, and service history within the dealership CRM system. Target Achievement: Ensure high response rates, excellent customer satisfaction scores (CSI), and proper adherence to dealership communication SOPs. Fresher can apply or Expereince 2-3 years.
