The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating qualified leads, understanding client requirements, and arranging meetings with our Property Consultants. Key Responsibilities Make daily outbound calls to potential real estate clients. Generate and qualify leads for property sales and investment opportunities. Introduce clients to suitable Dubai real estate projects. Understand client requirements, budget, preferred location, and investment goals. Schedule meetings, calls, and property consultations for the sales team. Follow up consistently with interested and potential clients. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client responses. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets. Coordinate closely with Property Consultants for proper lead handover. Maintain professional communication with prospective clients. Candidate Requirements Female candidate. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Must be fluent and confident in spoken English. Strong communication and convincing skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Target-oriented with a professional and positive attitude. Hindi or other languages will be an advantage. Previous telesales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage. Freshers with excellent English communication and sales skills may also apply. Pay: AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
