# Telesales Executive **Epic Homes Real Estate Brokers LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Real Estate Tele Caller Inventory Specialist Location : On passive Dubai, UAE Working Hours: 9am to 6pm Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Real Estate Brokerage About the Role We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele caller inventory Specialist to join our real estate team. · Your main responsibility will be to call real estate agents and property consultants across Dubai, build professional relationships, and source ready properties available for sale and rent. · This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of calls, communicating professionally, and collecting accurate property information from agents. Key Responsibilities · Make outbound calls to real estate agents and property consultants. · Introduce our company and explain our property requirements. · Build and maintain relationships with active agents. · Source ready-to-sell and ready-to-rent properties. · Collect accurate property details, including: Property type Location/community Asking price or rental price Size and number of bedrooms Availability Owner/agent details Property photos and other relevant information · Follow up regularly with agents regarding new and updated inventory. · Maintain an organized database of agents and available properties. · Update the CRM/database with call results and property information. · Identify serious and active agents for long-term cooperation. · Coordinate with the sales/leasing team and share suitable property listings. Requirements: · 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is preferred. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Confident and comfortable making frequent outbound calls. · Good English communication skills. · Ability to build rapport quickly with real estate agents. · Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. · Good knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is an advantage. · Basic computer and CRM skills. · Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent.
