Telemarketing Executive

• Conduct outbound calls to food businesses, hotels, catering companies, and cloud kitchens across Dubai to pitch customized food safety training and hygiene consultancy solutions.
• Identify client compliance requirements, such as HACCP, ISO 22000, , and food handler training, to recommend appropriate consultancy packages.
• Generate B2B qualified leads, schedule technical consultation meetings for the auditing team, and follow up regularly to convert proposals into active contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and pipeline status within the company CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and corporate course enrollment targets while upholding the firm's reputation for quality standard compliance.
• Stay updated on local regulations, GSO standards, and local food hygiene codes to provide accurate initial guidance to clients.
• Build long-term relationships with food service operators to secure annual compliance renewals, re-certification programs, and periodic auditing services.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
