Location: [Dubai, UAE] Job Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 2,500/month (during 6-month probation) + Sales Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the marketing using telephone and other digital communication options to prospect customers, generating leads, arranging appointments, and supporting our sales representatives in achieving targets. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and skilled at building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain required telemarketing databases
• Use scripts to communicate product features and benefits to prospects
• Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements
• Persuade prospective customers to agree to on-site surveys and product demonstrations
• Apply persuasive calling skills to generate quality leads
• Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and useful customer information
• Record customer personal information accurately in the company CRM
• Support sales representatives with lead generation and follow-up
• Arrange meetings and appointments for the sales team
• Conduct progressive follow-ups with prospective clients
• Coordinate other sales and marketing activities within the company
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Must be on a Spouse Visa
• Social media marketing knowledge is required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500/month (AED 2,200 salary + AED 300 conveyance)
• Sales incentive: AED 50 per lead that converts into a sale (paid quarterly)
• Yearly bonus (terms and conditions apply)
