# TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE **Data Solutions** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB DESCRIPTION: - Hires and trains telemarketers. - Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of telemarketing. - Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. - Handles discipline and termination of employees under company policy. - Collaborates with HQ Operations to establish goals and to develop scripts for use by the telemarketing. - Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices. - Measures team performance; communicates goals and KPIs to the team; and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and KPIs. - Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Head of Marketing - Resolves escalated customer complaints and grievances. - Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIREMENT: - Preferable with at least 3- 4 years of relevant experience in a Telemarketing environment - Detail-oriented and have to sustain strong relationships with campaign people/ clients. - Good organization skills, excellent negotiation skills, marketing skills and the ability to work independently. - Effective leadership and analytical skills including working knowledge - Exceptional ability to develop and manage results - Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Required language(s): BM and English - Medical Card - Full-Time position(S) available. QUALIFICATIONS - Equivalent diploma - Open to Malaysian citizens - Can work in Taman Melawati, KL - Speaking skills in Malay and English.
