Interested candidates may send their CVs, mentioning the position applied for in the subject line, to: recruit@velqatar.com Job Title: Tele‐control / SCADA Technicians (for Water Control System) Requirement – 2 Nos. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Qualification: Diploma / Technical Certification in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Automation. Experience: 4+ years’ hands‐on experience in SCADA/PLC/RTU/automation systems(preferably water/wastewater). Major Responsibilities: · Coordination with contractors, consultants, and Kahramaa departments for all commissioning activities. · Conducts commissioning and testing activities for the Water Control System · Install and maintain PLC panels, RTUs, and SCADA field devices. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. · Assist in commissioning, FAT/SAT, and site testing. · Assist in reviewing technical documentation, as‐built drawings, P&ID, control logic, SCADA architecture. · Support integration of new equipment into existing SCADA/control systems. · Maintain records, logs, and maintenance reports. · Provide first‐line troubleshooting and escalate major issues to engineers. · Prepare the spare parts list and conduct the inspection.
