Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Cold Calling: Reach out to decision-makers (such as managers, directors, or owners) at other companies to introduce a product or service.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Assess whether a prospective business has a genuine need, budget, and timeline for your offering.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the senior sales or business development team.
• CRM & Data Management: Update customer relationship management (CRM) software with call outcomes, notes, and follow-up reminders.
• Inbound Handling: Answer corporate queries, resolve service or product-related issues, and nurture incoming digital/phone leads.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
