The ideal candidate should be capable of managing technical project delivery, mitigating risks, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Understand the AI lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring. - Coordinate with technical teams, data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and business stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and project milestones. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies. - Manage stakeholder expectations, project timelines, and deliverables. - Use JIRA for project tracking, task management, and progress reporting. - Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams. - Support the implementation of AI solutions in banking or financial services environments. Mandatory Skills - Techno-functional project management experience. - Practical exposure to AI/ML projects and a sound understanding of the AI lifecycle. - Strong technical understanding of data, AI models, architecture, and business applications. - Hands-on experience with JIRA. - Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the banking or financial services domain. - Experience managing AI-driven business transformation or technology initiatives. - Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Note: Strong technical understanding is the primary requirement for this role. Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
