Job Responsibilities 1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting - Configure, install, test, and commission CCTV, network switches, access control, panic buttons, PA systems, and fire alarm systems. - Support installation, testing, and commissioning of fiber optic networks and related systems. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of service activities , installations, maintenance work, and system configurations. - Respond promptly to service requests, system faults, and equipment breakdowns . 2. Project Coordination & Support - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors , and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Assist in new project installations, system upgrades, and immediate troubleshooting activities. - Provide technical support to wiremen and technicians at other project sites as required. 3. General Electrical & Facilities Maintenance - Perform routine and emergency repairs on electrical, CCTV and Traffic Light to ensure smooth facility operations. - Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. - Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with safety regulations , quality standards, and project specifications. Requirements - At least SPM - Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Building Services, or related technical fields will be added as advantage - Experience in CCTV systems, Traffic Light and general facility maintenance is an advantage. - Able to troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, and CCTV and Traffic Light issues. - Willing to work at Istana and travel to other project sites when required. - Responsible, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
