This role is ideal for someone who understands the real-world challenges organizations face in securing hybrid environments and enjoys solving technical problems directly with customers. Key Responsibilities Provide clear, reliable technical and non-technical guidance to help customers integrate, deploy, and maintain Sectona products Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues — from initial troubleshooting to root cause identification and resolution Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, turnaround time, and overall experience Act as the primary point of contact — internally and externally — for customer issue resolution Log and document product bugs with the Engineering team for issues impacting customers Share feedback with the Training and Documentation team to proactively address common or emerging issues Build and maintain process/troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledge base What We're Looking For 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PAM (Privileged Access Management) Experience with PAM deployment, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance Strong background in L2/L3 technical support and troubleshooting for PAM-related issues Solid understanding of network security and system integration in hybrid environments Strong root cause analysis and technical documentation skills Excellent customer communication and problem-solving mindset Why Join Us Work directly on cutting-edge Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions High-visibility role with direct customer impact and ownership Be part of a growing, security-focused organization with strong technical exposure Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Do you have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PAM (Privileged Access Management)?
