Key Responsibilities: - Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.' - Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and after-sales technical support. - Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents. - Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D. - Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches. - Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.Ticket processing. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. - 1+ years of working experience in IT and Internet related companies. - Familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry. - Experience in after-sales, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium and large-scale projects is preferred. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technicalinformation to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
