Technical Solutions & Implementation Manager

We are looking for a Technical Solutions & Implementation Manager to act as the technical bridge between Emara and its customers.

The role will involve customer technical meetings, requirement gathering, product demonstrations, technical presentations, integration discussions and coordination with Emara’s development team.

Software development and final technical implementation will be handled by Emara’s development team.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meetings with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer ERP, API and integration requirements.
• Conduct technical discovery and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Present Emara’s technical solutions and capabilities.
• Conduct product demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) discussions.
• Prepare technical requirements and implementation documentation.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the development team.
• Support ERP, API and system integration projects.
• Follow up with customers during technical onboarding and implementation.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate their resolution with the development team.
• Participate in technical discussions with ERP providers, technology partners and enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Presales, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, ERP, SaaS, API Integration or Enterprise Software.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and system integrations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Kingdee, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar is an advantage.
• Experience in e-Invoicing, Peppol or FinTech is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical customers.
• Excellent English.
• UAE customer-facing experience is preferred.

• AED 8,000–15,000/month, depending on experience.
