We are looking for a senior technical professional who understands not only how a power plant works, but also how to translate customer requirements into competitive technical solutions, proposals, and project opportunities. If you have strong experience in Power Generation, Engineering, Technical Proposal, or Power Project Development — and are comfortable discussing solutions directly with customers, EPCs, and PLN / PLN subsidiaries — this opportunity is for you. Location: South Jakarta Department: Market Department Level: Department Manager / Senior Consultant Salary: IDR 40–100 Million/month KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop technical proposals for power-generation projects. · Prepare and develop technical solutions based on customer requirements. · Respond to technical inquiries and questions from customers. · Participate in business and technical discussions or meetings with customers. · Prepare technical documentation for tenders and RFPs. · Present and explain technical solutions to customers and stakeholders. · Work closely with the Market/Business Development team to support projects from the early business-development stage. KEY TECHNICAL EXPERTISE · Boiler · Turbine / Steam Turbine · Electrical · Water Treatment / Chemical Water Treatment · Desulfurization & Ash Handling · Coal Handling REQUIREMENTS · Strong experience in the power generation / electricity industry. · Proven experience in technical proposal, technical solution, engineering, or power project development. · Experience preparing technical documents for tenders/RFPs is highly preferred. · Strong understanding of power plant systems and equipment. · Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. · Experience working with PLN or PLN subsidiaries is highly preferred. · Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Candidates with Department Manager or Consultant-level experience are encouraged to apply.
