# Technical Services Manager **Biosensors International** · Singapore 619266 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Technical Services Manager Location: Singapore 619266 Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: SGD 4000 – SGD 7,500 / month Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technical specialists, ensuring continuous professional development and high operational morale. - Service Delivery: Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline technical maintenance operations and minimize security/safety risks. - Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Nurture relationships with clients, external technology providers, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for system training and support. - Project & Infrastructure Planning: Collaborate on space planning, equipment lifecycle management, infrastructure health checks, and cross-domain technology projects. - Escalation Support: Act as the primary point of escalation for complex, multi-domain technical bottlenecks or system failures. - Continuous Improvement: Track service metrics to introduce innovative solutions that boost system performance without inflating overhead costs. Requirements & Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. - Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technical service management or operations engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Skills: Strong understanding of technical frameworks, project governance, and automation tools (e.g., system diagnostics, architecture metrics, or site toolsets). - Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of handling cross-departmental stakeholders. - Compliance: Strong familiarity with local Singapore workplace safety, building/data regulations, or specific industrial compliance frameworks depending on the sector.
