Responsibilities: Drive technical sales and business development initiatives across multiple regions, including Singapore, Malaysia, India, the Philippines, and Europe. Expand the sales portfolio of existing semiconductor materials while exploring new material opportunities with clients. Collaborate with customers to assist in material selection, qualification, and application development linked to semiconductor backend processes. Coordinate efforts with internal technical and R&D teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and successful project execution. Cultivate and strengthen professional relationships with leading semiconductor manufacturers and packaging service providers. Requirements: Relevant educational background in a technical field. Proven experience in sales, business development, and technical support within the semiconductor industry. Hands-on experience in semiconductor backend packaging processes specifically related to Epoxy Molding Compound (EMC). Direct involvement in material selection, customer qualification, molding process optimization, and providing technical support to customers. Demonstrated success in achieving technical sales milestones with semiconductor manufacturers and packaging firms.
