A leading UAE-based manufacturing company specializing in wood and steel doors is looking for ambitious, motivated and results-driven professionals to join our growing team.

We are seeking sales-driven go-getters with an engineering educational background and relevant project or technical experience within the construction and related industries.

Candidates with experience in technical sales, project sales, fit-out, joinery, doors, construction or similar industries are encouraged to apply.

Direct experience in wood and steel doors is not mandatory. We value candidates with strong technical knowledge, project exposure, commercial awareness and the drive to develop business, manage projects and achieve results.

1. Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project sales leads.
• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, fit-out companies, joinery companies and other industry stakeholders.
• Promote company products and technical solutions and identify opportunities in ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Understand project specifications, drawings and client requirements to recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms and support successful sales closure.
• Coordinate with estimation, technical, production and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.
• Maintain existing customer relationships while actively developing new accounts.
• Take ownership of sales targets, business development activities and overall sales performance.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree/diploma in Civil, Mechanical or other relevant disciplines is mandatory.
• Proven experience in project sales, technical sales or project-related roles.
• Experience in fit-out, joinery, doors, building materials, construction or similar technical industries is preferred.
• Strong sales drive, business development skills and a proactive, target-oriented attitude.
• Ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, negotiate and close sales.
• Good understanding of project requirements, technical specifications and drawings.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• UAE sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

1. Technical Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in managing project enquiries, quotations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal departments regarding technical and commercial requirements.
• Review project specifications, drawings and product requirements.
• Assist in preparing quotations, technical submittals, compliance statements and other project documentation.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with estimation, technical, production and project teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, project details and customer communications.
• Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team throughout the project sales process.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in technical sales coordination, project coordination, estimation or technical support within construction-related industries.
• Experience in fit-out, joinery, doors, building materials, construction or similar industries is preferred.

• Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in preparing technical and commercial documentation.
• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.

1. Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities from order confirmation through execution and completion.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and internal departments to ensure smooth project progress.
• Review project drawings, specifications, schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with estimation, production, procurement and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and progress and follow up on pending activities.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, schedules and progress updates.
• Identify project-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree/diploma in Civil, Mechanical or other relevant disciplines is mandatory.
• Proven experience in project coordination, project management support or project execution.
• Experience in fit-out, joinery, doors, construction, building materials or similar industries is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Strong coordination, planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• UAE project experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
