Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP-PBX, IP Audio, and SIP Trunking systems. Conduct site surveys and recommend technical solutions. Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and product presentations. Provide pre-sales technical support and solution design. Assist with system implementation, client training, and post-sales technical support.
