What You'll Do Own the recruitment process for IT and technical roles from sourcing through offer stage. Proactively identify, attract, and engage top technical talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels. Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to evaluate technical background, communication skills, career goals, and overall fit. Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and seamless interview coordination. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals for both immediate and future hiring needs. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the ATS. Provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders. Contribute innovative sourcing techniques and process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness. What We're Looking For ✔ 1 to 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience. ✔ Experience recruiting for IT, technical, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, cloud, support, or engineering roles is highly preferred. ✔ Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other talent platforms. ✔ Good understanding of technology roles, technical skill sets, and current hiring trends. ✔ Strong communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills. ✔ Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. ✔ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. ✔ Experience working with hiring managers and business stakeholders. ✔ Willing to work Mid Shift (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM Manila Time). ✔ Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
